Rozana Chicken Curry

Easy Chicken Dry Fry

  • Oil 2-3 tablespoons
  • 1Kg Chicken
  • 3-4 tablespoons Onion paste
  • 2 tablespoons Ginger and Garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato puree
  • 1 tablespoons Turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoons Red chilli powder
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons Mom's kitchen Meat masala powder
  • Salt to taste


Freshly chopped coriander leaves or mint


Heat oil in a pan,add Onion paste followed by Ginger and Garlic paste and saute it by adding 1tablespoon of water till it gives you the brownish colour. Add in the Tomato puree and saute properly as you see the puree is getting dried out now let in the spices-tumeric powder,red chilli powder, Mom's Kitchen meat masala powder and salt according to your taste,saute the powdered spices really well till it starts releasing oil. Now add in the chicken pieces and cook it till golden brown. After it's fried properly add in 1 cup water and stir.Cover the chicken curry with a lid and let the chicken cook properly. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves or mint and serve hot.
